DeleteI know coding a mod is super hard but I really loved this mod. I had it in 1.7.10, I had about 30 mods including this on that were super fun. I loved this mod but my minecraft kept crashing due to an unknown error and version 1.7.10 became completely unusable. I tried 1.8 and I worked but most the mods I had didn't have a 1.8 version so I moved up to 1.8.9. For 26 of the mods I had, I found a 1.8.9 version compatible with the game and each other. But 4 mods including this one didn't have a 1.8.9 version. Please, I've been looking for an update anxiously to 1.8.9 for this mod but to no avail. Please make a version for 1.8.9 if you can.

the colors work but you can't see them on the dogs which is a problem when taming because you can't tell if you put it on the dog(speaking from experience i just spent 10 min chasing a border collie before realizing i had a collar on them the whole time)
Deletehi guys, using Copious Dogs 1.10.2 v5.8.7B and can't fit or see collars [Removed Variety Collars(May return in the future) Removed Collar Visibility on Dogs(Temporarily)]. on stacyplays she fits collars to her dogs and also colours them. i can't seem to do either. I can craft them but they don'e appear. PLEASE oh please help me out here. thanks so much for an awesome mod

Sadly, this is a bug that practically everyone is having. It will take a while to debug everything. If I'm honest, I don't really know how stacy is playing the mod without any problem... it's quite strange. I can ask her or the coder directly, once I get a reply I'll tell you!.

ReplyDeleteBut only a few dogs have textures. The rest are completely invisible and I can only locate them because of the hearts that are allways around them. I can tame them and put a collar on them but it's hard to find a dog you can't see.

Whenever I try to put a collar on a dog that I've tamed (After it shows the name screen), it puts the collar on the dog but the dog loses it's texture and turns black and purple. I have tried this with every dog and the same thing happens. Am I doing something wrong? I really don't get it. When I take the collar off the dog goes back to normal. Please Help!!!
ReplyDeletesooooo i've tried this but when i load a world and fly around in creative all i see is floating hearts in the air. I don't have any other mods loaded and this is still happening. I suspect it's got to do with something in the code because my computer runs other mods just fine. I know they are dogs because if I hit them they make dog pain noises but I can't see them and only know they're there from the particles. The only breed I've seen work is I think corgis, but they still have hearts over them for some reason. I don't understand this issue, please get back to me as soon as you can!
